Bid Manager and Sales Operations


    • Responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle
    • Evolve or reinforce existing sales processes and implement new ones
    • Track S&M organization KPIs and strive for quick resolution
    • Plan and implement proposal strategies with the Sales Managers, Solutions Engineers and proposal team members for all assigned opportunities
    • Ability to manage proposal processes for multiple opportunities in parallel
    • Identify, document, and develop proposal schedule and deliverables to meet key proposal milestones
    • Monitors and manages proposal process to include any planning and status update meetings
    • Ability to create deal content and present to Executive level management to obtain appropriate buy-in and deal approval
    • Create a culture of accountability, supporting and driving the “One Team” model
    • Provide competitive insight from past opportunities and apply “lessons learned” to the assigned opportunities to generate effective counter strategies
    • Manage the proposal resources and activities to meet the proposal schedule and deliver successful on-time proposal documentation
    • Communicate proposal status and activities to all assigned opportunity team members, senior management and functional team managers as needed
    • Turnover successful proposal and contract documentation to the implementation team for project execution
    • Ability to generate company proposal documentation templates across different business lines coupled with Orbit messaging to the market through MARCOM
    • Manage, generate and compose standard proposals across company different business lines
    • Proposal writing and Red Team function for key opportunities
    • Assure that responses to customers among the entire Solutions Engineering team are on time and on quality

Job Must Requirements:

    • Strong English technical writing and editing skills
    • Can do approach
    • Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
    • Sales support experience
