Electronically Steerable Antenna (ESA) Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead management of our Electronically Steerable Antenna (ESA) product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antenna technology, product management, and a passion for innovation in satellite communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for ESA, aligning with the company’s overall vision and market needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to drive the development of ESA products from concept to launch.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the antenna or satellite communications industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronically steerable antennas, phased array technology, and satellite communications.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
