Job Title: Operations Student – Service Department

Reporting to: Director of Service Operations and Customer Relations

Responsibilities – RMA Process Handling

  • Coordinate product returns, replacements, and repairs with the production team, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of returned materials (RMAs)
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all RMA transactions
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Support QA in expediting RMA-related investigations and resolutions
  • Assist in managing the service department’s inventory and parts availability
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on RMA status

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
  • Strong self-learning and problem-solving skills
  • Availability for at least 3–4 workdays per week

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Technological affinity and comfort working with technical systems

Additional Information

  • The role may involve occasional physical tasks
  • Requires flexibility for extended working hours on weekdays
  • Work is based at Orbit’s headquarters in Netanya
