Job Title: Operations Student – Service Department

Responsibilities – RMA Process Handling
- Coordinate product returns, replacements, and repairs with the production team, vendors, and manufacturers
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of returned materials (RMAs)
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all RMA transactions
- Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Support QA in expediting RMA-related investigations and resolutions
- Assist in managing the service department’s inventory and parts availability
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on RMA status
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
- Strong self-learning and problem-solving skills
- Availability for at least 3–4 workdays per week
Education
- Bachelor’s degree student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Technological affinity and comfort working with technical systems
